 This is a three hour course dedicated to the topic of retirement income planning. Your instructors will discuss the topics listed below. You will receive a textbook upon arrival that is yours to keep and write all over. We recommend that you bring pen and paper to take notes as there is a lot of material to go over. This class is strictly educational and no investment products will be discussed.

How much money do I need to retire?

With people living longer and longer we will address the concepts behind what it takes to keep your money lasting through your retirement.

Social Security

Social Security is not as cut and dry as it may seem. This chapter will address many misconceptions about this social service program, its beginnings, its changes, and how to best file for your benefits.

Retirement Accounts

We will discuss the differences between ROTH IRAs, Traditional IRAs, 401(k), and many more different account types.

Inflation

We will discuss the realities of inflation and what to really be concerned about with inflation in your retirement years.

Investments

We will discuss traditional and non-traditional investment strategies ranging from stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, etfs, real estate, and more.

Estate Planning & Asset Protection

 What good are your assets without protection? We will discuss the difference between wills & trusts while addressing common misconceptions about each.
