Michelle was born and raised in Tucson and is part of a Tucson lineage tracing back to 1880. She was the 2nd generation to attend Salpointe Catholic High School and immediately afterwards attended the University of Arizona. She continued her educational path at the University of Arizona by attending the Eller College of Management where she earned both her Bachelors of Science in Finance and Masters of Science in Finance. Michelle has over a decade of experience as a financial advisor, working at major firms such as Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, and Wells Fargo Advisors.
Michelle specializes in comprehensive financial planning. She feels every client must have a road map of where they are and where they want to be. She then creates a customized investment plan based on her clients’ financial objectives. In addition, Michelle leads the CI Benefits team which helps people 64 and over with Medicare Advantage Plans, Supplements, enrollments, and general education on Medicare and other benefits. Michelle also teaches a class called Retirement Income Planning 567, held at the University of Arizona. This class empowers individuals to take control of their financial future.
While finance is her passion, Michelle thrives in her philanthropic interests across Tucson. She was a 2014 National Philanthropy Honoree and in 2015 a 40 Under 40 Honoree. She is an active member of non-profit organizations including cooking meals at Ronald McDonald House, the Junior League of Tucson, and the Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona. She is a past Board President of the Diaper Bank of Southern Arizona, on the Board of Directors for Casa de los Ninos, and the Banner Advisory Board. In 2015, Michelle and her husband, Mike, welcomed their son Andrew. Michelle loves every second of being a Mom and hopes Andrew will, one day, share her passion of finance!
